Understand the Review limit
Free users can save up to 30 unique Review content groups. Pro users can save unlimited Review content groups.
This counts unique saved content groups rather than simply keeping your most recent 30 Mistakes. Read the Review guide.
Manage billing through Paddle
Membership checkout and billing are handled through Paddle. Sign in to your Mandarinput account before purchasing and keep the purchase receipt for future reference.
Open Plans and choose Manage billing when it is available. If your plan does not match your purchase, follow the billing help steps.
Cancel subscription renewal
- Sign in to the account used for the purchase.
- Open Plans and choose Manage billing.
- In the Paddle billing portal, select your subscription.
- Cancel renewal and check the end date shown for remaining access.
Manage billing appears when a Paddle billing account is linked. If it is missing, use the billing link in your purchase receipt or contact support.
Cancellation stops future renewal. It is separate from requesting a refund.
Request a refund
Mandarinput offers a 7-day refund window for eligible purchases. Read the refund policy for the conditions and how to request one.
Include your account email and purchase receipt or order reference when you contact support about a payment.
